Ascension Intelligent Process Automation

An experienced intelligent process automation practitioner, we are now helping others convert this capability into real business value.
Who We Are

As the back-office engine for Ascension, the Ministry Service Center brings a wealth of process design, management, and execution experience to our Intelligent Process Automation engagements. One of the first adopters of robotic process automation technology in North America, our journey with this software has propelled us from pioneer to thought leader. Within months of launching our first automation initiative, we demonstrated substantial return on investment and improved customer experience.

We are currently a key player in the development of standards for IPA in conjunction with the IEEE, the world’s largest technical professional organization. Our story, experts, and opinions have been profiled in InfoWorld, KPMG’s Innovation Lab, Outsourcing Gazette, and at numerous industry conferences.

What We Do

IPA is now an integral part of our business strategy. As an experienced practitioner, we are now helping other organizations convert this capability into real business value. The Ascension Intelligent Process Automation team provides RPA tools training, consulting, professional services, and digital labor management.
