Two AIM Leaders Receive Honors

Two leaders of Ascension Investment Management are part of a group of healthcare investment professionals honored by Investor Intelligence Network, part of Institutional Investor, Inc. This is the first time the group has named award recipients in U.S. healthcare.

David Erickson, CFA, Chief Investment Officer, received the Investor Intelligence Award for Socially Responsible Investing, and Tim Runnells, Director, Real Assets, was among four recipients of the group’s “Rising Star” award. Erickson and Runnells received their awards at Institutional Investor’s Roundtable for Consultants & Institutional Investors October 9 in Chicago.

In addition to their passion for investing, the award recipients – many of whom came into the healthcare arena from private money management or public funds – share a common belief in, and commitment to, a public service ethic, according to Investor Intelligence Network, which publishes Institutional Investor.
