Nurses help NICU babies celebrate Halloween

Nurses help NICU babies celebrate Halloween

For Halloween, nurses in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee, hand-crafted costumes for the babies in their care.

It was the idea of nurse Kim Meeks, whose daughter is a graduate of the NICU. The activity provided hospital staff with a special way to bring smiles to the faces of each baby’s parents and loved ones during their NICU stay.
