Ascension is identifying a multifaceted approach to communication that facilitates national alignment and local action as an integrated, mission-driven, and nationally recognized healthcare system. This approach is meant to advance the Quadruple Aim of strengthening the person/patient experience, improving the work life of caregivers and associates, improving population health and reducing costs.

The Ascension Person and Family Experience Model is a feedback loop with three components: listen, take action, and learn together. It is about how we connect and listen to one another, take meaningful action to solve problems, and innovate through local huddles and national conversations.Ascension has built a national structure, with continuing input from stakeholders across the continuum of care, which drives an organizational focus on addressing what matters most to the persons and families we serve as well as our caregivers and other associates.
