Effective October 1, Crittenton Hospital Medical Center, located in Rochester, Michigan, is part of Ascension Michigan.

Ascension Michigan also includes St. John Providence in southeast Michigan, Borgess Health in Kalamazoo, Genesys in Grand Blanc, St. Mary’s of Michigan in Saginaw and Standish, and St. Joseph Health System in Tawas City.
As part of Ascension Michigan, Crittenton Hospital Medical Center will be better positioned to participate with other members of Ascension in clinically integrated systems of care to manage the health of populations in partnership with insurers and other care providers.
